What we collect
- Contact form submissions: the information you enter — name, role, email, phone, practice/company name, location, software versions, practice sizing, and your message. This is sent to us by email and used to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- Server logs: like virtually all websites, our web server records standard technical logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type, timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
- We do not collect protected health information (PHI) through this website, and we ask you not to include any patient information in form submissions or emails. If a submission contains patient information, we will delete it.
If we advertise
If you arrived via a sponsored search result, the advertising platform (e.g., Google Ads) may set its own cookies or measure that your visit resulted in a form submission. That measurement is aggregate and governed by the platform’s own privacy policy; we do not pass them your form contents.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence. If you’d like your inquiry deleted, email us and we’ll remove it.
